[ xxx-quiet@, xxx-submitter@ is nonsense, since that results in two
mails to the buglog. xxx-submitter@ already goes to the submitter (you)
and is filed in the buglog. nnn@ would have been right (just maintainer
(wnpp) and buglog.
And why are you sending yourself a mail again (through -submitter? ;) ]

the myspell-en-* packages (currently) are built from the
openoffice.org-dictionaries source package which in turn is just taken from
OOo CVS (dictionaries/ module). So what is packaged there is what is
included there.
The other myspell-* stuff is packaged independently from other own
source packages/the ispell source packages...
