libneon23-doc (which is disabled because it a) is an old doc and b) is FDL) is
GFDLed. So there is no GFDLed package in my upload. I simply forgot to remove
that statement from debian/copyright *shrugs*. Well. as there is no
libneon[23]-doc package in this upload....
Anyway, I'll upload a new version with this sentence removed ASAP.
