The OO.o apps don't accept the XIM protocol anymore. Even when I install th=
e chinese loaclization packages and set my locale to zh_TW.Big5.

This function should not depend on the locale setting anyways. There are pe=
ople in this world who need to deal with two or more languages in the same =
document!!!
In the old version of 1.0 XIM worked fine btw.

What's going on here?

No response for 10 weeks, I'm closing this to help us get on top of all
the open bugs.  Please reopen and provide more information if you still
have problems.
