Bug#233701: openoffice.org-l10n-fr: the "autopilote d'état" is not working at all

The "autopilote d'état" (Fichier > Autopilote > Etat) for databases is
not working at all. 
(It is the wizard to make printable documents out of a database).

I have read on a mailing list of http://fr.openoffice.org that this
wizard depends on the installation of Java. Wich one? It seems it
doesn't work with kaffe? How to make it working?
