OO that does NOT inherit gtk2 theme with gnome-settings-daemon

Hi,
I've noticed that if I run gnome-session OO works fine and inherits gtk2
theme. If I do not run gnome-session but only gnome-settings-daemon, it does
NOT inherit gtk2 theme. How can I let him be more beautiful and shiny?
