Some of them were fixed or are handled differently in icu 2.6, which is
used on SRC680 HEAD now, some changes are pending and some may even be
application specific and would need additional interfaces on ICU's side
or have to be implemented by other means. Anyway, we're working with the
ICU developers, but currently an unpatched ICU wouldn't do it for OOo.
