When opening an existing oocalc document with user-defined macros, or
selecting the menu item Tools>Macro>macro.. in a new document, a
series of error dialogs report a general input error occured. The first
reads:

Error Loading BASIC of Document
file:///usr/lib/openoffice1.1/share/basic/FormWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.

This repeats for each of the libraries listed in the Macro Organizer,
all of which indicate that the library should be in /usr/lib/openoffice1.1,
which does not exist.

Once I have clicked through, however, my user-defined macros work properly,
and repeating Tools>Macro>macro.. in a new document does not result in any
error dialogs.

As a temporary fix, I created a link from /usr/lib/openoffice to
/usr/lib/openoffice1.1, which prevents any error dialogs.

I've included a little more info on my openoffice installation.

Hi, thanks for your report. I had left this open because I thought we
needed to work around it for Woody 1.1beta2 backport upgrades to 1.1.0,
but it seems it was fixed upstream already before beta2 so I can't
reproduce this any more with the 1.1beta2 packages, which is the last
remaining openoffice1.1 package in circulation. So I'm closing this
bug.

Thanks,
Chris
