Problem rebuilding openoffice 1.0.2 (in this case: 0bunk3 IIRC)

Hi.

I have a problem rebuilding the debian sources for 1.0.2 (like I said, in this
case the current version from bunk). The problem is that the configure script
doesn't find XOpenDisplay in the X11 libs, and I can't figure out why this
would be. I met all the build dependencies and have xlibs and xlibs-dev
installed (even tried to build with xlibs-dbg installed), but still the
configure script doesn't find XOpenDisplay when linking with "-lX11"

Any hint? Any specific packages not listed in the build dependencies which I
might need? Any more information I can give you to help me rebuild the
packages?

You might wonder why I would want to rebuild the packages. Reason is I
currently run a heavily modified woody system with many libraries and other
packages from testing and/or unstable, and the "stock" openoffice.org
packages don't work well for me.

debian-openoffice, but I missed answers before on other debian lists, when
they were not copied to me.
