Bug#218259: openoffice.org: cannot use XIM to input chinese chars

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.0-1
Severity: important
Tags: sid

The OO.o apps don't accept the XIM protocol anymore. Even when I install the chinese loaclization packages and set my locale to zh_TW.Big5.

This function should not depend on the locale setting anyways. There are people in this world who need to deal with two or more languages in the same document!!!
In the old version of 1.0 XIM worked fine btw.

What's going on here?
