Bug#216596: openoffice.org-bin: Toolbars unavailable in oodraw

Since upgrading to 1.1, oodraw's Object Bar and Main Toolbar cannot be
displayed -- only the Function Bar (Open File, Print, etc.) is visible.
Altering the settings in `View | Toolbars' has no effect.
