Bug#214703: openoffice.org: all icons have magenta background

My openoffice.org-l10n-en also wasn't upgraded by apt.

I think this is because the earlier version "provides" the alternative
package openoffice.org-l10n-1.1.0::

~$ dpkg -s openoffice.org-l10n-en
...
Version: 1.0.99+1.1rc3-1
...
Provides: openoffice.org-l10n-1.1.0, openoffice.org1.1-l10n-en
...

~$ dpkg -s openoffice.org
...
Version: 1.1.0-1
...
Depends: openoffice.org-debian-files (>> 1.1.0), openoffice.org-bin (>>
1.1.0), openoffice.org-l10n-en (>> 1.1.0) | openoffice.org-l10n-1.1.0,
dictionaries-common (>= 0.10) | openoffice.org-updatedicts

So even though I don't have openoffice.org-l10n-en (>> 1.1.0) installed,
apt was quite happy because I have something which provides
openoffice.org-l10n-1.1.0.
