SAL_FONTPATH_PRIVATE does not get recognized (Sid, 1.1.0 from 06.10.)

Hi!

After upgrading to OOo 1.1.0 today, no truetype fonts are available
anymore. SAL_FONTPATH_PRIVATE gets set to the debian directories, but
when calling strace soffice.bin none of these paths get opened at all.

Any hints?
