Thank you for actually clarifying what the bug was that you reported.  It
was not clear from your original report what your problem was.  Please do
not be surprised if we have trouble understanding your bugreport when your
report does not tell us exactly what is going on - the word 'translated' in
the title implies a problem in a translation, not in the selected language.

Now that you have provided more information, we can see that two reports
have been filed about this problem.

OOo does not currently have the ability to read more than one locale value
from the environment.  This is the real problem.  Given LANG and LC_CTYPE,
it will use LC_CTYPE for its locale information.
