Well, one thing to watch out for is that changes in the libraries being
prelinked against can invalidate the prelinking.  This won't break
anything but it does cause the benefits of prelinking to vanish.

This could be mitigated by (for example) rerunning prelinking during
cron.daily though that would be wasteful on stable systems.  Really
prelinking is something that ideally ought to be addressed at the system
level rather than by individual packages.
