Bug#197013: OpenOffice can not write international charactes

Package:openoffice.org
Version:1.0.3-2

I'm using unstable branch latest-up-to-date (todays) and have
encountered this problem. In KDE i have set up keyboard US and CZ
(qwerty). Writting intl characters under kde works fine. In
openoffice writer switch to CZ key and hit Shift+'+/=' key and
's'. The output should be the same as by hitting key '3' (s and
opposite roof above. for ISO-8859-2 table 'š' ). Nothing happens.
The scond function of this key works fine. If you hit just '+/='
and ie a, you will get 'a' with slash.
