One minor thing, we received some time ago a bug report (#176976) against dictionaries-common about trying to avoid the use of generic words like 'package' or 'library' in package descriptions unless the software really is about those, instead of just being those. See the original bug report for more details.
This might apply to "This package contains the MySpell dictionary...". Also the dictionaries do not even provide any library, so "MySpell is an universial spellchecking library..." is probably good in myspell itself, but putting 'library' in each dictionary description might not be that good.
