Hi Aaron,

Thanks a lot for your detailed report.  I think it is probably this bug:

  http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5445

I had a similar report last week and trying another mindow manager worked
around the problem.  It looks like we'll need to issue a new binary
package soon with the patch.
