The document helped. Font replacement was the key here. I have replaced
Andale Sans UI -> unifont. Looks very good now.
Thank you very, very much. Sorry for not seeing you comment regarding
fonts in the README.debian. I have discussed that matter on the
debian-openoffice mailing list and haven't got any solution there.
