641 depends on libstdc++3

Hi,

Congratulations with a done job, it must have been massive. I assume the 
BTS does not know about openoffice yet, so I'll post this small bug 
report here. A quick search in the archives did not reveal a previous post.

Here it is: the openoffice.org package lacks a dependency on libstdc++3. 
It installs fine without it, but won't run.

But otherwise it works very well, on first impression. Thanks people!
