post/pre install hooks missing?

The changelog of package OpenOffice.org (1.0.1-5.6rc1) says:

  * Add pre/post-install/rm hooks into openoffice.org-debian-files

I fetched the sources of openoffice.org-debian-files but couldn't find where 
or how the hooks are invoked. Which one is missing something, me or the 
package?-)
