The openoffice.org package has the following Build-Depends, which could be 
cleaned up a little bit:

Build-Depends: bison, bzip2, debhelper (>= 4.0.9) | debhelper (= 
4.0.2.openoffice), dpkg (>= 1.7.0), flex, libpam-dev, libstlport4.5gcc3.0-dev 
(>= 4.5.3-3), libxaw7-dev, tcsh, unzip, zip, xvfb, xlibs-dev, xbase-clients, 
xfonts-base, g++-3.0, libstdc++3-dev, autoconf, bzip2, perl-base, j2sdk1.3


bzip2 is listed twice.

perl-base is unnecessary to specify, as it is "Essential: yes".
