Thank you your suggestion. But there seem to be nothing about system fonts.

I got snapshots what happens with openoffice.org-l10n-ja. At first, see this 
image, OO with openoffice.org-l10n-en package.

Now I'm getting a source of OO.  I'll try to find what is the problem.

Do you mean that "several questions" is about system fonts ? or about the 
settings of using Japanse on OO ?
