I see that (at least) octave and dynare don’t have salsa CI enabled. Is there a good reason for that?

Since you are more active than I am in maintaining these packages, I refrained from making the changes. However, if you think the usual CI settings can be applied to them, I will do it.

I think it’s better to add salsa CI to these packages too, for consistency across all DOG packages.
