Ok, I just removed the obsolete dependency on dh-octave for all packages, where necessary: nlopt, octave-audio, octave-communications octave-database, octave-general, octave-gsl, octave-image, octave-interval octave-io, octave-level-set, octave-lssa, octave-mapping, octave-msh octave-miscellaneous, octave-optim, octave-parallel, octave-sparsersb octave-statistics, octave-strings, octave-struct, and octave-vrml.
