Thnaks for that.
Repos for octave-jsonlab and octave-jnifti do not work for me:
can you delete the below two files and run the build command
again?
/var/data/rlaboiss/debian/PKGS/octave-jsonlab/octave-jsonlab/../octave-jsonlab_2.0.orig.tar.gz
/var/data/rlaboiss/debian/PKGS/octave-jnifti/octave-jnifti/../octave-jnifti_0.6.orig.tar.gz
I had similar issues that the cached pristine-tar conflicts with
the new repo version. After delete the cached files, it went away.

The zmat package seems to be okay, but it is triggering the Lintian warning repackaged-source-not-advertised. This should be fixed.
from reading the below page:
https://lintian.debian.org/tags/repackaged-source-not-advertised.html
I added +ds suffix to the repacked tarball (because the removed precompiled mex files are not due to license issues, but convenience). The updated master/pristine-tar/upstream branches have been pushed to the DOG repo.
a new tag "upstream/0.9.8+ds" was added by import-orig, feel free
to delete the old "upstream/0.9.8" tag if it is not needed any
more.

by the way, I am getting close to finish the repacking script for
octave-iso2mesh, however, the repacked folder misses the main
package for some reason. let me know if you see an easy fix for
this issue.
