[Pkg-octave-devel] updating gnuplot dependency

Any objection to changing the gnuplot dependency from

  Recommends: gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot-qt

to

  Recommends: gnuplot-qt | gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot-nox

Was gnuplot-nox omitted intentionally?

This will bring us in agreement with the current preference order
specified in the gnuplot metapackage.
