Package: octave

Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

This may actually be a bug in the latest upload of libgl2ps0, in that the .so
number bumped from 0 to 1 between 1.3.8-1.3 (in testing) and 1.3.8-2 (in
unstable)
