[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave-symbolic 2.2.2-2

I prepared version 2.2.2-2 of octave-symbolic in Git (commit 8c0f975). 
In this version, the extraneous file winwrapy.bat is removed from the 
binary package, what fixes a Lintian warning [1].

Please, upload it to unstable.
