When I build it with cowbuilder, the build gets stuck at a python prompt
(the build log is attached). I think this is a manifestation of #778745
(note that I did not encounter the problem when uploading the previous
version because I had not compiled the package in a minimal chroot with
cowbuilder). It looks like gnuplot needs to be added to the build
dependencies, but I haven't tested.
