I think that this old documentation is misleading and should be removed, replaced by a redirect to our wiki page.

Is that ok with you? We can still keep the old website in an archive directory on Alioth.

Being an archeology-minded person, I just implemented another solution for this problem. Check http://pkg-octave.alioth.debian.org to see if you agree with it.

Otherwise, using a redirect would also be fine with me. After all, the source of the old website are in Git, just in case someone needs it.
