There are also non-Forge packages. I think that the complete list of packages that will need binNMU requests is the one shown below. Note that many of the Forge packages have accumulated minor changes in Git, so we might take the opportunity to do new releases instead of requesting binNMUs.

Otherwise, we must also deal with the issues of (1) splitting or not the CLI/GUI packages (but I think that we reached the consensus of not doing it) and (2) the introduction of "Breaks: liboctave1".
