Any clues? Yes it will have to go through the NEW queue. As a side effect, only Thomas can upload it. I don't think we need an ITP in that case, they are not mandatory. ITPs are useful for 1) giving the opportunity to DDs/DMs to give their opinion about the opportunity of having the given package in Debian and 2) for avoiding duplication of work; in the case of this package it is clear that it lives under the umbrella of the DOG.
