Package: octave-sp
Version: 1:2003-10
Severity: important

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---

When I run demosp as per the packages description, I get

octave:1> demosp
Octave implementation of Vandenberghe and Boyd's semidef package

  [ 1] educational testing problem
  [ 2] linear programming
  [ 3] matrix norm minimization
  [ 4] stability margin problem
  [ 5] quit

pick a number, any number: 1

educational testing problem: maximize the trace of a diagonal
matrix D > 0 such that A - D >=0 for a given positive definite
matrix A

error: `run_cmd' undefined near line 16 column 4
error: called from:
error: /usr/share/octave/site/api-v37/m/demosp.m at line 16, column 4
octave:1>

the run_cmd.m script is packaged in octave-control package. So ocatave-sp should depend on that.

With kind regards,

Wouter
