In regards to Bug#695434, I do have java problems at the moment, the bug
in Bug#693623. But I think that's only a bug in the java plugin.
In any case, I do not have octave-java installed, so I think my problem
must not be exactly the same as #695434. Furthermore octave --norc does
generate the same panic for me.
I tried recompiling (clean build via pdebuild, on an unstable pbuilder),
but that still gets the same panic. I'll try a local build (not using
pbuilder).
