I just committed the changes for octave-control 2.4.1-1.  Several 
tests are still failing for me, as I reported in this thread:

The failures are due to arithmetic precision issues involving the SLICOT 
library.  This does not seem to be an issue for the upstream author, so I 
would suggest just to to upload 2.4.1-1 to experimental.
