The only reason is that the release of 3.6.2 was announced to happen soon, so I was waiting a little. But there seems to be some delay, so we can upload this fix right now. Also, we should probably upload a new octave-pkg-dev with the latest changes by Rafael. I will do both uploads tomorrow unless asked otherwise. Following the advice of Julien Cristau, we should probably start NMUing the packages blocking the removal of octave3.2.
