Version 2.0.0 of the OF package time has been released [1] and it became an empty package. All of its functions were moved into the financial package (version 0.4.0). I think that we should: a) Request the removal of octave-time from unstable. b) Release a new version of octave-financial with Conflicts/Replaces relationships to octave-time.
