This RC bug must remain open until all Octave Forge packages are ported
to Octave 3.6, so that Debian testing remains in a consistent state.

Since the old octave3.2 package conflicts with the new octave package, a
premature migration of octave to testing would make some 'Forge packages
not co-installable.
