As you probably noticed, I have filed bug reports against almost all
packages with reverse dependencies to octave3.2*. The exceptions are:
libsnml5-octave and feel++, which are already fixed in sid, and
shogun-octave, which is not built by src:shogun anymore, even though the
package is still in sid (I asked the maintainer to file a request for
removal).

The large majority of my bug reports contain patches for fixing the
issues, so this should speed up the process.

Since our porting effort of the Octave-Forge packages is completed, I
guest that we should just wait that all bugs are fixed and then ask the
release team to complete the transition.
