[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#554611: [octave3.2-emacsen] Please update dependency for emacs23

Hi Rob, 

I have the bug quoted below against octave3.2. Does it make sense to
build emacs support for both emacs22 and emacs23, or should I just go
with emacs23? In other words, will both emacs versions ship with
'Squeeze'?
