I hope to make a new snapshot soon (3.1.55).

As for 3.0.4, I'd rather not see the release candidates distributed as
Debian packages.  We found some unpleasant bugs that no one seems
interested in fixing, so there probably won't be a 3.0.4 release now.
Instead, we're trying to focus on Octave 3.2.
