[Pkg-octave-devel] Removal of octave-odebvp

Hi, 

I just came across octave-odebvp and intend to drop it from Debian:

1) The only real change to that package in its entire history in
octave-forge was the initial commit in 2007 (with an empty log message).

2) It consists of one .m file and uses deprecated functions (spdiag).

3) Of course, reason 2) is not obvious as the one source file doesn't
have any tests at all.

4) Looking at the code, the function seems to expect callable functions
p() and q(), but doesn't mention this at all (I may be wrong here, but
hey: there's no test, so I can't tell).


In case someone wonders: I thought I had made a packaging mistake when
looking at the number of files in the .deb package.
