Hmm, I actually wanted to remove the .texi and .txi files from our
binary package; but octave-pkg.mk installs everything under doc/
unconditionally. 

I'm unsure whether it's worth the effort to use hand-crafted files for
every forge package with a doc/ directory (which in turn is probably the
only way to clean these files).
