I'm unsure how to handle this bug report. Fixing it properly means
parsing 
	/usr/share/info/dir 
file and remove entries for non-installed Octave packages. 

That is, check if octave2.1* or octave2.9* are installed and if not,
remove entries via install-info. I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.
