As you have probably noticed, I am updating the TODO file starting from the
end and proceeding backwards.

I am fixing some trivial things while doing that (Standards-Version, Arch:
all, etc).  I am though afraid that the amount of work is still quite high
in order to get all of them uploaded.  Also, as Thomas noted, some of the
packages will probably not be suitable for inclusion in Debian.
