[Pkg-octave-devel] Debug symbols for octave package

Hi, 

I'm thinking about adding a -dbg package to the octave package,
containing the symbols for gdb. The process is fairly straightforward,
and I think it would help especially on slower platforms.

Disadvantage: new binary package => NEW processing with the first upload
with such a package.
