[Pkg-octave-devel] Give back octplot on powerpc and ia64

Hi, 

octplot's latest build failed on 
	powerpc 
	ia64 
due to a change in libfltk1.1. This has since been fixed in fltk1.1
(1.1.8~rc2-2).

Can you give ocplot back on powerpc and ia64?
