Torsten Werner did a binNMU of octave3.0 for mips. I asked him whether
he could do the same for alpha, so here it is. 

Build log is available at
http://people.debian.org/~twerner/octave3.0_3.0.0-9_alpha.build

That leaves us with hppa, where Torsten doesn't have access.
