There's currently a discussion on octave-maintainers[1] about the release of 2.9.15, 3.0 and press coverage. If we push Octave 3.0 as octave3.0 into Debian, we will have some NEW processing, which will delay things. So, should we upload 2.9.15 as both octave2.9 and octave3.0-rc?
