Are you hungry to contribute and do not know what to do?  Undertake a public
utility project: port octave2.9 2.9.10 to etch!  As you probably now, etch
will be released RSN and it would be great to provide the Debian users of
etch with the latest Octave version.

All you have to do is to install an etch chroot (using debootstrap and
dchroot) and once the package is ready we will eventually upload it to
Debian Backports [1] or make it available at the DOG website.  Since we will
try to follow closely the version currently in sid, I do not think we will
need a SVN branch for that.

Notice that glpk_4.15 will also need to be backported to etch.
